Where is RoboConnect based?
We are based in Molde, Norway. Most of the dialogue happens digitally, so geography is rarely an obstacle to working together.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We usually reply within one working day. If you book a 30-minute meeting through Calendly, you get a confirmation with the time immediately.
What does it cost to get in touch?
Nothing. A no-obligation conversation and the needs clarification itself are free for industrial companies under the current model.
System integrators and other actors pay only when they request to contact a customer about a clarified project and the customer approves. The rates are on the pricing page.
What happens in a first meeting?
We go through your situation, what a needs clarification covers, and whether RoboConnect is right for you. No obligations — we would rather tell you if we are not the right match.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to automate before getting in touch?
No. Many get in touch with an unclear need. Making the need clear before you choose a solution is exactly what we help you with.
Can I send documents or drawings in advance?
Yes. Send us an email at hei@roboconnect.no with the material, and we will look at it before the meeting.
